WHO IS ELITEK VEHICLE SERVICES?

Federated has the privilege of being the very first program group to enter a partnership with Elitek, the premier industry provider for mobile and remote vehicle diagnostic services. This will be a significant benefit to Federated Car Care Centers as the cost of vehicle scanning units can be prohibitive for most shops. 

Elitek Vehicle Services offers a variety of services for independent service centers and dealerships for Domestic, Asian, European, and Exotic makes and models.

They are your solution for sublet repairs and a variety of critical vehicle repair solutions.  Exceptional in-shop customer experiences are provided by our expert technicians. Elitek will come to you to provide mobile re-flashing, programming, diagnostics, airbag, theft/vandalism repair, and full mechanical. Quite simply, there are very few automotive needs they cannot provide.

Whether it be programming a new module or updating an existing one, we can handle it using factory scan tools.

PROGRAM DISCOUNTS:

• Elitek provides mobile and remote diagnostic services for a reasonable cost without a huge investment in multiple scan tools. There are also no expensive annual software updates required. Federated Car Care Centers pay a one-time fee of $897.75 (55% off list pricing) for an Elitek Remote Scanner.  A shop could pay that for a scan within the first five free scans alone.
• When a shop needs diagnostic services, they contact Elitek for remote scanning. Elitek diagnoses the vehicle's issue and sends a report back to the servicing technician. Federated Car Care Centers will receive 30% off all scans performed. These scans cost from $55-$118 after discount, depending on the vehicle manufacturer.  The shop can then pass this expense on to the consumer as a diagnostic fee. 
• ALL Elitek Mobiles Services will be discounted 15% off the list pricing.

Remote Services FAQ's:

A reliable Wi-Fi or Ethernet connection is needed to properly scan the vehicle.

  • We can perform Pre or Post scans on 95% of vehicles 2010MY+.
  • We can perform Programming, Coding and resets on most vehicles 2010MY+.

Most scans take 10-30 minutes depending on the vehicle and quality of connection.

 
  • We offer a 2-year limited warranty on the tool.
