All Car Care Centers receive a $100 credit upon member sign-up for the Federated Car Care eStore. There are hundreds of items available to choose from including wearables, office supplies, and promotional items.

One-time setup is fast and easy!

  • Register by entering your name, address, and email information
  • Create a username, password, and include your Renewal Promo Code, for easy access in the future

How To Redeem Your $100 eStore Voucher:

  • Use the code that was emailed to you upon your registration/renewal. Place this code in the appropriate box in your Personal Information section.
  • Browse our full line of branded merchandise and add products to your cart.
  • Balances over $100 can be paid for by credit card.

Per your preference, you may order by phone Monday through Friday during business hours. To call our Customer Service Center, please dial 866.375.6076. Our normal business hours are 7 a.m. – 5 p.m. Monday-Friday (CST). After hours, voicemail will allow you to place an order which will be entered, processed and confirmed back to you with an order number on the following business day.
