Federated Labor Assurance

What is the Labor Assurance Program?

The Federated Labor Assurance Program provides reimbursement to repair facilities for labor on most repairs involving defective parts originally purchased through a Federated Auto Parts affiliated distribution center. At Federated Auto Parts, we stand behind the quality of our genuine auto parts with this simple, easy, and fast guarantee.

Program benefits to enrolled repair facilities include:

  • A hassle-free claims experience
  • Competitive labor rates based on nationally recognized labor guides
  • Same-day labor reimbursement in most cases – usually within 60 minutes
  • Coverage on most repairs

To participate please contact your local Federated Auto Parts distribution center for eligibility and complete program terms and conditions.

Claims can be filed online or by phone. Proof of purchase and proof of installations will be required on all claims. Please have original and warranty repair invoices and purchase receipts available when filing a claim.

If your customer is 25 miles away or further, we ask that they contact the warranty center at 888-450-2816 to obtain service. We will set up a claim for your customer and look for a participating Federated Auto Parts Professionals location to send them to.

If they are within the 25 miles of your location, they must return back to you for service.

This warranty is valid for either 12, 24 or 36 months from the date of purchase or until 12,000, 24,000 or 36,000 miles of use. This is determined by whether you are offering the 12/12, 24/24 or 36/36 warranty. Your Car Care Center’s coverage begins on the day you are registered for the Nationwide Repair Warranty. You may file one claim per quarter and, if approved, you will be reimbursed for a maximum of 4 hours at $50 per hour. Federated Parts will make the final determination of approval or denial.

No, commercial vehicles and trailers are excluded from the program.
