Claims can be filed online or by phone. Proof of purchase and proof of installations will be required on all claims. This is determined by whether you are offering the 12\/12, 24\/24 or 36\/36 warranty. Your Car Care Center’s coverage begins on the day you are registered for the Nationwide Repair Warranty. You may file one claim per quarter and, if approved, you will be reimbursed for a maximum of 4 hours at $50 per hour.
